The name and email address used to link on the parkrun website must exactly match the name and email address attached to your Medibank membership in order to earn Live Better points for participating in a parkrun. Scanning a linked parkrun ID at an official parkrun event confirms participation. You can earn maximum 1,000 Live Better points when you participate in a parkrun event once or more from 1-30 September 2025 . Outside of Sep 2025, members can earn a maximum of 500 Live Better points per month for participating in a parkrun. Each Medibank Live Better rewards account can only be linked to one parkrun profile. Only one instance of participation can be recorded per member, per weekend. The number of Live Better Points earned from parkrun participation is subject to limitations per calendar year. Live Better points will be displayed in your Live Better account within 30 days of the end of each month.
