To make sure you get great value health cover, FNZ are fully subsidising the cost of Corporate Gold Health Cover No Excess & Better Health 90 for a single. Should you choose to upgrade and include your partner or family you just pay the difference to Medibank via Direct Debit on the 20th of the month.
When the cover displays a price of “from $0.00”, this means the cover is subsidised by your employer, up to an agreed subsidy value and conditions.
For a seamless transition to Medibank, please have your medicare card, payroll/employee ID and bank details ready.
How does my health insurance subsidy work?
FNZ is providing employees with a subsidy on hospital and extras cover options with Medibank.
If your choice of cover exceeds the subsidy amount, you will need to make a direct debit contribution on the 20th of each month to Medibank.
To facilitate a smooth transition to Medibank please have your current health fund details, your Medicare number, employee ID and bank details. If you don’t have a direct debit your bank details are needed for claims reimbursement purposes.
As an employee of FNZ you are eligible for:
